My Story & Purpose:

My name is Rebecca Russo.

The heart and hands behind Simply Serene Spaces.

I am a 30-year-old, Florida native, cat mom of two! After 15 years in the food & beverage world and working in childcare, I’ve seen firsthand how much a calm, clean space can transform someone's daily life. What began as a personal passion became a calling: to help others create peaceful, clutter-free homes that truly feel like a reset.

Simply Serene Spaces was born from the desire to go deeper than surface-level service. I wanted to bring intention, care, and clarity into people’s lives through the spaces they live in. I don’t just clean. I create room to breathe, rest, and feel at ease in the one place that means the most to everyone, their home.

Whether you’re looking for a full-home refresh or just a little extra help keeping up, I’m here to support you without judgment or pressure. Every visit is rooted in care, customized to fit your lifestyle.

What helps me help you!

 

I want every visit to feel smooth, comfortable, and supportive for both of us.
These simple guidelines help me do my best work while making sure you feel taken care of every step of the way 🤍

 Please Do:

  • Be honest about your space — I’m here to help, never judge

  • Secure pets unless we’ve discussed otherwise (I love them, just need a proper intro!)

  • Clear valuables or fragile items, or let me know in advance

  • Share any priorities or special requests ahead of time

  • Make sure I have easy access to your space

  • Have payment ready at the end of service

  • Keep the home cool during service (68–70° is ideal for comfort)

 

Please Don’t

  • Avoid staying in the same room while I’m actively cleaning (this helps me stay focused and efficient)

  • Don’t leave out anything hazardous without letting me know

  • Don’t expect additional services unless we’ve discussed them ahead of time

  • Please don’t schedule other services (contractors, movers, etc.) during your cleaning

  • Please don’t ghost — I kindly ask for 24–48 hours notice for cancellations

 

A Few Important Notes

  • A deep clean is required before starting routine maintenance services

  • For safety as a solo cleaner, I only accept appointments where at least one woman is present or the home is unoccupied, unless we’ve previously established trust.
