Get to know me..
Hi Friends! It's me Becca.

My Story & Purpose:
My name is Rebecca Russo.
The heart and hands behind Simply Serene Spaces.
I am a 30-year-old, Florida native, cat mom of two! After 15 years in the food & beverage world and working in childcare, I’ve seen firsthand how much a calm, clean space can transform someone's daily life. What began as a personal passion became a calling: to help others create peaceful, clutter-free homes that truly feel like a reset.
Simply Serene Spaces was born from the desire to go deeper than surface-level service. I wanted to bring intention, care, and clarity into people’s lives through the spaces they live in. I don’t just clean. I create room to breathe, rest, and feel at ease in the one place that means the most to everyone, their home.
Whether you’re looking for a full-home refresh or just a little extra help keeping up, I’m here to support you without judgment or pressure. Every visit is rooted in care, customized to fit your lifestyle.
Let’s lighten the load and create a space that feels like peace, one room at a time.

With love and a little sparkle of serenity,
Rebecca 💛
What helps me help you!
A Gentle Do & Don’t List
Please Do:
-
Be honest about your space. I’m here to help, not judge. The more I know, the better I can support your needs!
-
Secure pets during service, unless worked out with me prior. I love all the fur babies, and I have no problem letting pets out to use the bathroom, especially during longer services. I just must have proper introduction and instructions. This helps ensure a safe and distraction-free clean for everyone.
-
Clear surfaces of valuables and fragile items. If something is especially delicate or sentimental, please let me know in advance to avoid anything being damaged or put in the wrong places.
-
Communicate any special requests beforehand. I’m happy to tailor your clean. Let me know what matters most.
-
Be mindful of access. Ensure I can easily enter and move around the space to work efficiently.
-
Ask questions! I want you to feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
-
Do have payment ready. Payment is due at the end of your service.
-
For comfort and efficiency while I work, I kindly ask that the indoor temperature be kept cool during service. (68 to 70 degrees) If needed, I'm happy to adjust the thermostat while I'm there and return it to your preferred settings before I leave. I really appreciate your understanding and support!

Please Don’t:
-
Please avoid being in the same room I’m actively working in. This helps me stay focused and efficient while respecting your space. Please, don't hover, trust the process and let me work my magic.
-
Don’t leave out anything unsafe or hazardous. Please inform me if anything in the space requires special handling.
-
Don’t book a routine clean if your home hasn’t had a deep clean yet. Deep cleans are required for all new clients wanting routine cleanings to get your home to a maintainable level first.
-
Don’t expect services not listed or agreed upon. I’ll always love leaving special touches and I'll always be clear about what’s included and what's not—anything extra must be discussed in advance.
-
Please do not schedule a clean while other services are happening. Contractors, handymen, or moving crews make it hard for me to do my job efficiently.
-
To prioritize my safety as a solo cleaning, I do not accept appointments in homes where only men will be present, or where the resident is a male that I haven't previously met or built trust with. I am happy to clean when a woman is present, or when the space is unoccupied. Same rules apply to underage minors. Thank you for understanding this boundary. It's not personal, it's just part of how I keep things safe and sustainable.
-
Please don't ghost me! Cancellations happen but I kindly ask for at least a 24-48 hours' notice.
